Sourcing
Relationships over transactions
We buy directly from the same farms and cooperatives season after season, paying well above commodity and fair-trade prices. Knowing the growers means we can chase quality together rather than bargain over it.
Roasting
Small batches, big patience
Every coffee is roasted to order in small batches on our harbour-side roaster, profiled by cupping until each origin tastes the way the farmer intended. Nothing ships until it is at its best.
Sustainability
Lighter footprint, fuller flavour
Compostable packaging, carbon-neutral shipping, and reusable transport crates on every farm route. Doing right by the planet and doing right by the cup have never been in conflict for us.
